Kempton was just finishing celebrating his 24th birthday.

He was and still is a huge part of Eastview and the Blake and Boultbee community. He was helping encourage kids and  his mini leadership group called the ( the torch club) host a usual Friday night dance. The next day he was told the raptors donated 8 tickets for the Saturday game. So he gave out the notice that there was a game on Saturday. So he gave out tickets to the torch club ( me, Shyanne, Johneil, Vaniel, Myck, Mariama, Kareem (his brother), and Claudia. So it was Saturday and everyone went to Eastview ready to go on the trip. So when we got her the staff told us that Kempton would not be taking us so we were like okay then who is? then  we were later told that he was shot everyone went asking staff is he okay? is he okay? . Staff started to cry one of the staff then told us that he was dead. Everyone started to scream , cry, and to get scared. But we all know that Kempton was a huge part of Blake and Boultbee and will be forever he was and still will be a great remodel , staff , friend , and a big brother for all. but Kempton had one thing which was his personality and he had some kind of warmth for everybody and with that  warmth he always would encourage everybody to believe in what they wanted, and to not give up ever Kempton was born on December 6th 1979 and died on December 13th 2004.
