A veteran player, Toronto Raptor C.J. Miles has suited up in an NBA jersey for the past 13 seasons. At the beginning of year 14, in addition to his #0 uniform, Miles decided to don something else: pajamas.
CJsPJs.ca is home to, well, CJ’s PJs.
More than an entrepreneurial venture, Miles’ pajamas provide great sleep and great futures—proceeds from CJ’s PJs go towards Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada.
An alumnus himself, Miles credits his local Club in Dallas with providing him a space to learn and have fun.
“Whether it be helping kids with school activities, after-school activities or different things, [Clubs] help them learn and progress in anything to keep them from trouble.”
With his daughter recently turning one, Miles understands the value of time and adult support—something the Boys and Girls Club taught him.
“The Club did a lot for us—kept us out of trouble, kept us away from people that were causing trouble.”
A recent tour saw Miles bring his warm personality—and even warmer pajamas—to several media outlets. Across each interview and feature, Miles made sure to highlight Boys and Girls Clubs, a place that helped him achieve his great future.
