In support of youth engagement, GoDaddy Canada has donated $75,000 to Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada.
GoDaddy Canada’s donation comes from the sales generated through the CJ’s PJs campaign, which ran throughout the 2018-19 NBA season. GoDaddy collaborated with former Toronto Raptor CJ Miles to create an e-commerce website to sell his unique and fun line of cozy sleepwear.
“Our partnership with CJ Miles on CJ’s PJs served as a great platform to encourage entrepreneurs and small business owners across Canada to get their business online with a website,” said Anne De Aragon, Vice President and Country Manager of GoDaddy Canada. “Through the campaign, we are proud to support Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada, as we know how much this charity means to CJ.”
The donation will provide necessary support essential to Boys and Girls Club programming across the country.
“We couldn’t have been happier to partner with GoDaddy Canada for the CJ’s PJs campaign, particularly during this historic Toronto Raptors season,” said Owen Charters, President & CEO, Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada. “As a Club alumnus, CJ understands the importance of Boys and Girls Clubs and their effect in local communities.”
