Our most significant nutrition partner,\u00a0President\u2019s Choice Children\u2019s Charity\u00a0has donated\u00a0$1 million<\/strong>\u00a0in emergency funding to help BGC fight kids\u2019 hunger and respond to the increased need for food programs. In addition, PCCC has also allowed Clubs to adapt current resources to offer things like grab-and-go snacks, community-led food initiatives, and gift card deliveries to struggling families.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”88800″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css=””]

Quickly answering our call for support, The Coca-Cola Foundation was the first organization to support the Emergency Relief Fund. Their donation of\u00a0$750,000 USD<\/strong>\u00a0is helping BGC provide critical care packages for families, childcare for essential workers, mental health services, virtual programming, and other measures to provide safety and stability during this critical time.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”942″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css=””]

Hyundai Canada has donated\u00a0$100,000<\/strong>\u00a0to our Emergency Relief Fund to support essential services for youth affected by the current crisis. Additionally, Hyundai vehicles are being provided to Clubs to assist in essential deliveries and distribution.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”1313″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css=””]

Through their easybites program, goeasy has set a goal to renovate or upgrade kitchens at every BGC. In response to the COVID-19 crisis, goeasy has repurposed this year\u2019s planned funding to donate\u00a0$150,000<\/strong>\u00a0to our Emergency Relief Fund.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”88801″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css=””]

Mondel\u0113z Canada has donated over $100,000 worth of financial and in-kind support to our Emergency Relief Fund, which helps BGC respond to the needs of families in their communities.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”945″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css=””]

M&M Food Market has donated\u00a0$125,000<\/strong>\u00a0worth of gift cards to our Emergency Relief Fund, which will allow Clubs to help over 4,000 families purchase meals in their local communities.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”88806″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css=””]

The Indigo Love of Reading Foundation is promoting literacy for children and supporting Canadian families through a\u00a0$100,000<\/strong>\u00a0donation that provides discounts and free shipping on kids and teen books.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”88808″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css=””]
