[TORONTO – April 14, 2020]<\/strong> Mondel\u0113z\u00a0Canada\u00a0today announced it is donating over\u00a0$1 million\u00a0worth of financial and in-kind support to frontline health care workers and community partners advancing emergency relief and critical food stability efforts in\u00a0Canada\u00a0during the COVID-19 pandemic. This includes support for Food Banks Canada, Moisson Montr\u00e9al, Second Harvest, The Good Shepherd and Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada.<\/p>\n

This weekend, Mondel\u0113z\u00a0Canada\u00a0is contributing more than 4,000 Easter treats, including\u00a0OREO Eggs, CADBURY CREME EGGs, and CADBURY DAIRY MILK Bunnies<\/em>, specifically to frontline healthcare workers in\u00a0Toronto, providing some Easter cheer as a show of appreciation on behalf of Canadians everywhere for their important service to the community.<\/p>\n

“Mondel\u0113z\u00a0Canada\u00a0has an important role to play in supporting those on the frontlines of this crisis and in helping the communities and populations hit hardest by COVID-19.
