Started by the First Nations Child & Family Caring Society<\/a> in honour of Spirit Bear<\/a>, organizations can host a Reconciliation Ambearrister (ambassador + barrister) to guide them through a year of learning and outreach dedicated to Indigenous children, families, and communities, and to promote the Truth and Reconciliation Commission\u2019s Calls to Action<\/a>.<\/p>\n

BGC Canada\u2019s National Youth Council<\/a>, made up of 14 young leaders from across the country, has been working with our Ambearrister to learn their culture, language, favourite activities, and more\u2014and have educated themselves about Indigenous cultures and communities in the process.<\/p>\n

They are very excited to introduce the world to our Reconciliation Ambearrister!
