Company donates $1 from every pizza sold to Boys & Girls Clubs of Canada<\/em><\/p>\n

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Jun. 29, 2020<\/strong> \u2013 Papa John\u2019s announced today the launch of the new Shaq-a-Roni pizza in collaboration with board member and restaurant owner Shaquille O\u2019Neal. Designed to deliver a bigger pizza experience, Papa John\u2019s locations across Canada will donate one dollar from every Shaq-a-Roni sold through August 23, 2020 to Boys & Girls Clubs of Canada.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was important to me for the Shaq-a-Roni to be bigger than just pizza.<\/strong> By giving my new pie a try, one dollar will be donated to The Papa John\u2019s Foundation for Building Community to support COVID relief, the fight against racial injustice, the Boys and Girls Clubs and general community involvement,\u201d said Shaquille O\u2019Neal, Papa John\u2019s Board Member and franchise owner.<\/p>\n

Conceived by O\u2019Neal himself, the Shaq-a-Roni is an extra-large pizza made with Papa John\u2019s fresh, never-frozen six ingredient dough, topped with\u00a0extra mozzarella cheese and extra pepperoni,\u00a0then cut into Papa John\u2019s largest slice size to-date.<\/p>\n
