The Keystone program teaches leadership skills to youth aged 14 &#8211; 18 at BGC across Canada. As part of the program, all participants complete one activity in five core areas throughout the year: Leadership, Teamwork, Healthy Choices, Service to Club and Community, and Learning for Life.<\/p>\n<p>Keystone helps create better Clubs by preparing youth to take on leadership roles in their communities.
