Staff members coast to coast to coast
Clubs are a place where kids develop positive relationships with caring staff.
On top of finding a place of belonging, access to community services, and exposure to opportunities. When young people walk through Club doors, they find encouragement, support, and mentorship from Club staff or volunteers. Because of a Club, 94% of our kids are more connected to other people.
Program Highlight
Project Compass is a program that provides training for Club staff to help address youth radicalization and grievance-based violence for youth 15-24.
Did you know?
Studies indicate that supportive relationships with adults and peers serve as protective factors for children and youth against various negative outcomes, including mental health problems, substance abuse, and academic failure.
