BGC Clubs help children and youth become inspired leaders by encouraging them to grow confident in their abilities.

When young people become inspired, they become leaders. And when they become leaders, our future is in good hands.

When a young person develops leadership, they discover their voice, influence, and how their presence impacts those around them. When kids walk through Club doors, they’re encouraged to develop a sense of self, better preparing them to work with others, have a positive influence, and lead themselves. Our initiatives, like Youth of the Year and our National Youth Advisory Circle, showcase outstanding leaders in BGC Clubs.

Leadership is BGC’s strongest area of impact, and encompasses 6 factors: leadership identity, influence, self-confidence, initiative, self-regulation, and cooperation.
