The opportunity to learn is the opportunity of a lifetime.
The developing minds of children and youth can quickly absorb new information and acquire new skills.
Through a range of programs, BGC Clubs maximize the learning potential of young people—equipping them with skills they’ll use long after their time at the Club.
At BGC, Lifelong Learning is one of four key outcomes of a Club, and encompasses 5 factors: school readiness, exploration, creativity, challenge, and goal attainment.
Our 3-year study on the impact of BGC surveyed nearly 30,000 Club kids—the largest of its kind in Canada. It reveals that:

Because of a Club…
When young people have the opportunity to build confidence in learning, the possibilities are endless.
“They give you the best thing that nobody can take away from you: and that’s confidence.”
– Kayla Grey, BGC Canada Alumni Hall of Fame Recipient
