As we reflect on the success of 2026 BGC Club Day, I want to extend my sincere thanks to everyone who helped bring it to life and make it so meaningful.
On Friday, June 5, 2026, across the country, Clubs, youth, staff, volunteers, alumni, partners, board members, and community supporters came together to celebrate the impact of BGC Clubs and the young people we serve every day. Your time, energy, and belief in this mission reflected the strength of our network and the power of belonging.
Whether you hosted an event, shared a story, supported planning behind the scenes, amplified the message, or showed up in partnership with us, your contribution mattered. Together, we highlighted the safe spaces, opportunities, and supportive relationships that help children and youth discover and achieve their dreams.
This year’s BGC Club Day was a powerful reminder that when communities invest in young people, everyone benefits. It was inspiring to see the creativity, care, and commitment shared across Canada, and I am deeply grateful to everyone who took part.
I would like to highlight our BGC Club Day partner, M&M Food Market. Year after year, their regional stores and national team show up for BGC Club Day celebrations across the country, providing food and volunteer support to Clubs. This annual celebration would not be the same without their unwavering commitment and support!
As we also reflect on the recent BGC Canada National Conference, #BGCConnections2026, I am encouraged by the momentum we are building together. These moments of connection and celebration strengthen our shared commitment to ensuring all children and youth have the opportunities they need to learn, grow, and thrive.
