Developing habits that sustain a positive well-being during childhood creates a crucial foundation for the rest of a person’s life. When kids walk through Club doors every day, they’re learning to make decisions about how to spend their time—helping them explore their personal identity, build confidence, and develop resilience.
At BGC, Sustained Wellbeing is one of four key outcomes of a Club, and encompasses 5 factors: healthy choices, nutrition, physical activity, positive outlook, and resilience. Our most recent survey data from 2024 reveals that Because of a Club:
